Effective Monday, April 4, 2022, the Job Referral Department hours of operation Monday -Friday are as follows:
1) Out of Work List (OWL): 212-366-3330 — will operate from 8am to 6pm
2) Reporting of work hours: 212-366-3331 — will operate from 8am to 6pm
3) Dispatch hours – will operate from 8am to 7pm
