This election season, our wages and dignity are on the line. We need to vote for candidates who understand Carpenter Economics.
The District Council is endorsing candidates who support working with unions, union organizing, and collective bargaining. We believe in supporting candidates who oppose right-to-work and strictly support the protection of Davis-Bacon Act prevailing wage protections. We also are endorsing candidates who support protecting health coverage for Americans with pre-existing conditions, as well as investing in apprenticeships and the next generation of carpenters. The issues are significant and the choices are clear.
