The New York City District Council represents 11 Local Unions. Five of these unions are carpenter locals (LU 20, LU 45, LU 157, LU 608, LU 926). The other five represent: Millwrights and Machine Erectors (LU 740), Dockbuilders (LU 1456), Timbermen (LU 1536), Cabinetmakers (LU 2090), and Resilient Floor Coverers (LU 2287).
